Tube Axial Flow Fan
Our SG Enviro Technologies Makes an Industrial Tube Axial Flow Fans are used where high volume of air is delivered at substantially low pressure. Tube axial fan provides high efficiency as the tubular casing guides air smoothly through the rotating blades. These heavy duty tube axial flow fans can be installed in following ways
- Flange Mounted- tube axial fans can be bolted on outlet/ inlet flange of the tube.
- Pedestal Mounted (Man Coolers) – Many times refered as Man Coolers these axial fans are provided with stand. Man Coolers are kept directly on the factory floor. Eminent Systems Man Coolers are available with facility of tilting the fan at different angles.
Specification:
- Our SGET Axial Flow Fans are available in wide range of combination from 305mm to1800 MM (Size : Min Dia 12″ to Max Dia 72″) Diameter fitted with Motors from 1 HP to 50 HP.
- Fans are available in single phase version also for specific applications up to certain range. Our Air Flow rate Volume takes Min 500 CFM UP TO MAX 25,000 CFM, Our Motor Recommended RPM – 960 upto 2880 RPM.
- Fan Casing is made of heavy gauge MS Sheet (as per IS-1079/2062) having robust construction. It has flanges at both ends for easy fixing on ducts/walls.
- Impeller is made of Die Cast aluminum having aerofoil design with adjustable pitch angles.
- Flame Proof Axial Fans and Electric Belt Driven Fans are available from sizes 400 MM to 1800mm (Min Dia 16″ to MAX Dia 72″) and are used extensively in Fire Hazard Areas. And Belt Driven Fans are driven by belt and pulley arrangement. The motor is located outside the air stream.
